It is the quietest bottle in The Rare Orchid Distilling Co. range, and the one that tends to convert people who thought they had gin worked out.

    Four botanicals carry it. Finger lime brings the bright native citrus burst that grows well an hour up the road. Lemongrass adds a fragrant, almost tropical lift. Pink ginger warms the middle without heat. Macadamia, grown across this part of Queensland, rounds everything off with a silky, creamy weight that makes the finish feel longer than it has any right to be. Nothing in it fights anything else, which is the entire point.
