Refund policy

Agin Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 18 660 583 666, liquor licence 245330) trading as The Rare Orchid Distilling Co. offers a 30-day return policy. Last updated 5 June 2026.

Change of mind

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Bottles must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition, with proof of purchase. Contact us first for a return approval number; returns sent without one cannot be accepted. Return postage is at your expense. Approved change-of-mind returns are refunded as store credit for the value of the goods (original shipping is not refunded). Sale items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us immediately and we will repair, replace or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law. These remedies are in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under consumer law.

Processing

Once we receive and inspect a return we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds to your original payment method can take several days to appear, depending on your bank.
