Shipping policy

Agin Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 18 660 583 666, liquor licence 245330) trading as The Rare Orchid Distilling Co. ships within Australia only. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. Last updated 5 June 2026.

Adults only

All orders contain alcohol. The recipient must be 18 or over and an adult signature is required on delivery. Our carriers will not leave alcohol unattended and cannot deliver to a person who appears under 18 without identification.

Costs and dispatch

Shipping within Australia is a flat $15 for a single bottle. Order two bottles or more and delivery is free. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before payment. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Domestic transit is typically 2 to 7 days.

Addresses

We deliver to street addresses and to PO boxes (postal services only; couriers cannot service PO boxes). We can change a delivery address any time before dispatch, but not after.

Stock

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item in your order is unavailable we will fulfil the available items and contact you to choose between waiting for restock or a refund of the unavailable item.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us straight away with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Warranty claims should be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
