This website is operated by Agin Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 18 660 583 666, liquor licence 245330) trading as The Rare Orchid Distilling Co.. By visiting the site or purchasing from us you agree to these terms. Last updated 5 June 2026.
Adults only
This site sells alcohol. By using this site you confirm you are 18 years of age or over. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser or recipient is under 18.
Our store
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its providers; card details are encrypted in transit and are not stored by us.
Products and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We take care with product descriptions and imagery but small variations can occur between batches; that is the nature of small-batch distilling. Prices and products may change without notice. We may limit quantities per order.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, where an error in pricing or product information has occurred, or where age verification cannot be satisfied. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full.
Acceptable use
You must not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or reproduce any part of it (including our brand and the Lady Marquez artwork) without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products. Please enjoy our gin responsibly.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
